Wigston Wanderers were cursing their luck yday as the new beach stand at the Mara Oval received some bad press. Several of the spectators had difficulties leaving their sitting secondary to the soft sand. It is now now quite lovely by the KnightonOval fans as "The Quick Sand Stand"

"It required no skill .I had to check with the Umpire if we were here to play baseball rather than cricket.I know the Knighton Oval were ground sharing.
